Role description
We are recruiting for an Quality Operations Advisor to support market quality operations. The role ensures in-market compliance and quality standards, partnering closely with commercial, logistics, and customer teams across the Benelux region.
Key responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for customer-related quality issues
- Handle critical consumer complaints and follow-up actions
- Monitor and ensure warehouse compliance with quality standards
- Support incident and crisis management when needed
- Drive local quality improvement initiatives
- Oversee quality-blocked stock and reduce defect volume
- Conduct audits, training, and digital quality processes
- Contribute to regional and global quality programs
Requirements
- Degree in science or engineering (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Food Science)
- 3+ years in FMCG quality, manufacturing, or R&D
- Auditor experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Digitally skilled and organized under pressure
