Role Description
As a Project Manager – Supply Chain, you will lead cross-functional supply chain projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. You will coordinate internal teams, manage stakeholder communication, and support global initiatives, including product launch management and the standardization of demand planning processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure team members understand their roles.
- Monitor and track project progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Report on project performance, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s a plus) in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in supply chain or project management.
- Proven track record in leading complex transformation projects.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Certifications like PMP, APICS, or Agile are highly desirable.
