Role Description
Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Executive Management Assistant to support several directors within the ingredients business group. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to ensuring smooth daily operations and high-level executive support.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and emails
- Organize meetings, conferences, and team events
- Book travel and process expense claims
- Support presentations and internal communication
- Handle various administrative and clerical tasks
Requirements
- MBO+/HBO level with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Organized, accurate, proactive, and team-oriented
