Role description
As a Calibration Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, performing, and improving calibration processes on critical equipment used in manufacturing and laboratory environments. You will ensure all calibration activities meet the latest quality standards and contribute to continuous improvements in system reliability and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform both scheduled and ad-hoc calibrations for production and facility equipment
• Handle calibration deviations (e.g. out-of-specification results) and ensure timely escalation to Quality
• Accurately document all calibration activities in line with company procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Develop or revise calibration SOPs and test methods as required
• Maintain oversight of calibration records and equipment status
• Provide input on new equipment calibration requirements
• Participate in projects and initiatives supporting operational excellence
• Contribute to internal compliance and safety standards through day-to-day operations

• Associate degree in Industrial, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Electronics or related field
• Experience in calibration or maintenance in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in reading technical schematics and diagrams
• Strong root cause analysis and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of GMP, safety regulations, and aseptic techniques
• Comfortable using MS Office and ideally SAP or other ERP systems
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
