About the Position
We’re looking for a dynamic and analytically-minded Project Manager to lead impactful supply chain initiatives. This role is all about driving transformation—making complex logistics smoother, smarter, and more efficient. You’ll be the force behind cross-functional projects, ensuring everything from demand planning to product launch management runs with precision and strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Define clear project goals, scope, and success metrics aligned with business needs

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource strategies

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability

Track project progress using data and analytics, flagging risks and resolving issues

Implement change management best practices to support successful rollouts

Communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement

Drive continuous improvement through post-project analysis and insights
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

5–10 years of experience in supply chain, project or product launch management, or transformation initiatives

Strong grasp of project management frameworks; PMP, Agile/Scrum, or APICS certifications are a plus

Hands-on experience with planning and data tools (e.g., SAP, Rapid Response, Anaplan, Power BI)

Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Skilled in stakeholder management and communication in a global environment

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
