Role Description
As a Senior Associate Transportation, you ensure cost-effective and GDP-compliant delivery of products across international markets. You support transport operations, manage logistics partners, and work on process improvements and compliance within the Global Supply Hub Europe.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day transportation operations and performance
- Monitor and improve transport KPIs and compliance with GDP/GMP
- Manage distribution lanes and work closely with service providers
- Handle deviations, CAPAs, SOP updates, and change assessments
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with Quality and corporate teams for process improvements
- Support implementation of new transport solutions and cold chain practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Logistics, Business, or Economics
- 3+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP standards and ERP systems
- Flexible and able to work across cultures
- Available outside office hours when needed
- Willing to travel up to 10%
