Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Equipment Engineer to lead technical projects within the Device Assembly, Inspection, Labeling, and Packaging domains. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and lifecycle management of equipment, ensuring optimal performance, resolving technical issues, and driving continuous improvements in productivity and safety.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain detailed engineering documents (URS, FDS, HDS, and DS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and ensure equipment meets required specifications.
-Lead project management activities, including prioritization, resource allocation, and effective communication.
-Implement and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and company policies.
-Troubleshoot equipment failures and drive enhancements for reliability and performance.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or relevant experience.
-Six or more years of experience in a relevant field, with at least four years in operations or manufacturing (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).
-Proven expertise in automated device assembly, labeling, and packaging processes.
-Hands-on experience with equipment design, installation, and maintenance in a regulated environment (GMP, OSHA, EPA).
-Strong project management skills and experience in developing engineering documents
