Make a Real Impact in Advanced Manufacturing – Entry-Level Opportunity in Life Sciences

Are you ready to be part of something bigger — where your work directly supports innovative treatments that change lives?

Our client, a leader in advanced therapies, is growing their manufacturing team. They're looking for motivated individuals with a hands-on mindset, strong attention to detail, and a desire to work in a highly regulated, purpose-driven environment. Whether you have experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, logistics, or you're technically trained and eager to learn — this is your chance to step into a meaningful role with long-term potential.

What You’ll Do

You’ll contribute to the production and support of advanced therapies by:

  • Preparing materials and equipment for critical production steps

  • Handling samples, documentation, and cleanroom logistics

  • Operating in cleanroom environments following strict safety and quality standards

  • Supporting quality control processes and data entry

  • Maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance in all tasks

You’ll work closely with various teams in a highly collaborative and structured environment — helping ensure the timely and safe production of cutting-edge treatments.

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to diverse backgrounds — your mindset matters as much as your experience. You might be a fit if you:

  • Have a technical school education, vocational training, or relevant internship experience (bachelor’s degree is welcome but not required)

  • Are comfortable working with your hands in a routine-based environment

  • Have experience in regulated manufacturing, pharma, biotech, or logistics — or are eager to gain it

  • Can follow procedures precisely and communicate clearly in English

  • Are open to shift-based work, including early mornings and weekends

  • Are comfortable working in fully gowned cleanroom conditions

  • Are willing to receive or already have a hepatitis B vaccination (due to the nature of the materials handled)

Why Join?

This is more than just a job — it's a chance to:

  • Contribute to life-changing therapies

  • Work in a clean, high-tech, and purpose-driven environment

  • Join a team that values quality, consistency, and collaboration

  • Gain experience in a highly regulated, globally respected industry

  • Grow in a company with long-term career opportunities
