Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve EH&S systems, processes, and best practices
- Lead or support the implementation of EH&S standards in your area of expertise
- Conduct EH&S risk assessments and contribute to project safety evaluations
- Participate in site audits and inspections (e.g., ISO 14001:2015, internal audits)
- Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Design and deliver training programs on EH&S policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an EH&S-related role
- In-depth knowledge of international EH&S management standards (e.g., ISO 14001)
- Ability to navigate and influence within complex, dynamic organizations
- Proven track record of implementing and sustaining safety improvements
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a strong plus
