Role description:
The HR Associate will handle daily HR administration tasks, ensure compliance with Dutch labor law, manage HR processes in Workday, and act as a liaison between the HR team, payroll, and external partners. This is a service-oriented position that supports employees’ needs and ensures HR operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle contracts, benefits, and HR changes
- Process HR tasks in Workday
- Coordinate with payroll and external partners
- Support onboarding, illness cases, and audits
- Keep employee records up to date
- Answer employee questions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR
- 1–2 years of HR experience (internship okay)
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law
- Fluent in English, good Dutch understanding
- Experience with Workday (preferred)
- Proficient in Office 365
