Role Description:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a high-performing technical team responsible for maintaining and optimizing production and utility systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. Working in a 24/7 shift regime, you will ensure uninterrupted operations by resolving malfunctions, executing maintenance plans, and driving technical improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities and priorities within the team
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment
- Analyze breakdowns and implement sustainable technical solutions
- Ensure all activities comply with GMP, safety, and company standards
- Proactively contribute to improvement projects and system upgrades
- Collaborate with operators and engineers to maximize equipment availability and reliability
- MBO 4 diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar technical field
- Proven experience in a maintenance or service technician role in an industrial setting
- Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with complex installations
- Knowledge of GMP, safety standards, and risk-based maintenance strategies
- Must speak Dutch fluently.
