The Company
Our client is dairy cooperative with international presence, formed by dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company has a large product range including milk, yoghurts, baby and infant nutrition, cheese, butter and several locations in the Netherlands.

Role Description
As a Project Manager you will lead the site’s preparation for a critical SAMR (State Administration for Market Regulation) audit. This audit is essential for maintaining the license to deliver infant nutrition products to the Chinese market. You will play a key role in driving the site to full compliance with Chinese regulatory requirements for infant and toddler nutrition.

Responsibilities
- Lead the organization and production site to audit-ready status for the SAMR inspection.
- Coordinate capital investments and ensure systems are updated to meet regulatory demands.
- Oversee and align cross-functional project teams from production, quality, technology, procurement, facilities, and HR.
- Deliver quality awareness and behavioral improvement programs.
- Act as a motivating and results-driven leader with full ownership and authority to achieve success.
- Report to the Site Quality Manager and work closely with a Quality Team of ~40 employees.

Requirement
- 5+ years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in a production environment.
- Background in food technology, engineering, or quality assurance.
- Experience with complex technical and behavioral change projects.
- Operational experience in a factory setting is required.
- Experience in infant nutrition and regulatory audits is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Dutch language proficiency is a must.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
