As part of their Quality Control (QC) team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and continuous improvement in their dynamic production environment.
 
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Tquality Control Team Leader (Laboratory) to join our client’s team in Beilen. In this full-time role (32-38 hours per week), you will step in as the team leader, managing approximately 15 analysts within the microbiological laboratory & sample logistics or the physical-chemical laboratory.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
-Temporarily lead a team of approximately 15 analysts, ensuring efficient daily operations.
-Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards.
-Collaborate with other departments (technology, QA, production) to align lab activities.
-Actively participate in the QC Staff team, contributing to the QC annual plan and improvement projects.
-Serve as the point of contact for the lab within the organization.
 
Requirements:
-HBO working and thinking level.
-Experience in (informal) team leadership.
-Preferably experience in a laboratory environment and familiarity with ISO17025 standards.
-Background in analytical chemistry, with knowledge of dairy industry processes (milk powder).
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain focus on safety and quality during peak and low workload periods.
-Dutch language proficiency is required.
