About the Role
As an Operator, you’ll work with automated machines, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to process improvements. You’ll receive hands-on training and have plenty of opportunities to grow within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging and labelling machines, including setup, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Monitor product quality during the packaging process.
- Complete accurate documentation in both SAP and handwritten.
- Identify and fix technical issues, performing basic maintenance.
- Drive improvements using Lean Six Sigma methods.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBO Level 2 education or willingness to obtain it (assessment required if lacking formal diploma)
- Experience with technical or production packaging machines or equipment; pharmaceuticals or GMP experience preferred.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
