Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production and utility installations in a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility. You will work in a 24/7 shift regime, ensuring the reliability of critical systems and contributing to the efficient production of life-changing medicines.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions within production and utility installations.
- Prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities with team members.
- Proactively share technical knowledge with colleagues and contractors.
- Identify and recommend improvements for maintenance processes and system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, compliance, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse, multicultural team.
- Proficiency in Dutch and willingness to live within commuting distance of Leiden, South Holland.
- MBO 4 work and thinking level, preferably in electrical engineering and measurement/control technology.
- Proven technical experience in an industrial environment as a maintenance or service technician.
- Expertise in diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving technical malfunctions.
- Strong focus on installation availability, risk mitigation, and safety.
- Valid driver’s license (Category B).
- Open to the possibility of relocating to the Leiden region if needed.
- Location: Leiden, South Holland, Netherlands.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 100% on-site, 24/7 shift regime.
