Role Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Work Planner for our factory. In the factory, we package cheese – and not just any cheese. The cheese we package is shipped all over the world.
Responsibilities
-You ensure all preparations are made for the safe execution of the work.
-If necessary, you request quotations for materials or external services and select the best party.
-You coordinate the work with both internal and external technicians.
-You divide the work based on short- or long-term planning.
-You monitor whether the ordered or reserved materials are available on time.
-You identify when additional capacity is needed.
-You ensure that the required work permits are in order before the work starts.
-You maintain oversight and set work priorities, assigning them to the appropriate disciplines.
-You send the planning to the technicians and monitor the progress of work orders against the schedule.
Administration & Improvement
-You process completed internal and external service tasks administratively.
-You check the time and parts administration submitted by the technicians.
-You verify invoices and keep technical documentation and supplier contracts up to date.
-You standardize and combine recurring tasks in terms of approach and planning.
-You propose improvements to include recurring work requests in the preventive maintenance plan.

You are proactive and work accurately to ensure safety and production progress are guaranteed.
-At least a completed vocational degree (MBO Level 4) or Bachelor’s (HBO), preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Technology or similar
-Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the process industry
-Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as WCOM, LEAN, or Six Sigma
-Experience with maintenance management systems and strategies, such as Ultimo, SAP, RCM, or TPM
-Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and quality requirements in the process industry
-Analytical, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
-Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English across all levels
