The facility is focused on the development and manufacturing of biologic medicines, particularly in the fields of immunology, oncology, and infectious diseases. They specialize in producing large-scale biologic drugs, which are typically made from living cells and are used to treat complex diseases.
Role Description
We are seeking skilled All-round Maintenance Technicians to join our team where you will play a vital role in the reliable and efficient production of innovative, custom-made pharmaceutical products. You will work in a close-knit team, supporting the maintenance of both production and utility systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within production and utility installations, prioritizing tasks in collaboration with operations.
- Analyzing complex malfunctions and sharing technical expertise with team members and contractors.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the reliability and efficiency of equipment and maintenance processes.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, GMP standards, and regulatory compliance during all maintenance activities.
- Participating actively in team meetings, contributing to daily operational decisions, and supporting strategic projects aimed at long-term system performance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch.
- At least MBO 4 level education, preferably in electrical engineering or measurement and control technology.
- Proven experience as a maintenance or service technician in an industrial environment.
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to resolve technical malfunctions independently.
- Committed to safety, continuous improvement, and maintaining high equipment availability.
- Valid B driving license.
- 100% on-site in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
