Role Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Design Engineer Automation/IT to join their Business Technology team in Oss. In this role, you will be instrumental in upgrading, configuring, and validating critical automation and IT systems that support pharmaceutical production processes, ensuring system reliability and compliance.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain technical system documentation.

Program, configure, and upgrade automation systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA).

Conduct requirement analysis and risk assessments.

Perform and document FAT, SAT, IQ, and OQ testing.

Support project planning and scope definition.

Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively.

Report progress, risks, and deviations to project managers.

Collaborate with system integrators as needed.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Automation and IT projects.

Proficiency in PLC, DCS (e.g., Siemens, B&R), and SCADA systems (e.g., iFix).

Experience in commissioning and cybersecurity.

Familiarity with Windows environments and industrial networks.

Knowledge of GAMP guidelines is a plus.

Fluency in Dutch and English
