About the Role
A full-time Demand Planner position focused on Butter products in an international supply chain environment. You’ll use your analytical and communication skills to work closely with commercial, finance, marketing, and supply planning teams to ensure accurate forecasting and product availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and improve short-term (13 weeks) and long-term (18–24 months) demand plans
- Work with various teams to understand promotions, new product launches, and market trends
- Lead demand review meetings as part of the S&OP cycle
- Monitor and enhance forecast accuracy, service levels, and reduce waste
- Align with supply points on product availability
- Provide regular and ad hoc insights and reports
- Contribute to and implement supply chain improvement projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s (4+ yrs) or Master’s (2+ yrs) degree with relevant experience
- Background in forecasting, supply chain, or logistics (FMCG/Food preferred)
- Strong with statistics, modeling, and tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems like OMP or SAP APO)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong communication, analytical, and influencing skills
- Comfortable working with international teams and cultures
