Role Description
As Demand Planner for the Butter category, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing demand forecasts across short- and long-term horizons. In this role, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, improve forecast accuracy, and support the S&OP process in a dynamic international FMCG environment.

Responsibilities
-Develop, monitor, and improve the demand forecast for both the short-term (13 weeks) and tactical horizon (18–24 months).
-Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning to align on demand assumptions, events, and business dynamics.
-Translate commercial inputs (e.g., promotions, tenders, NPDs, phase-in/out, seasonality) into a reliable demand plan.
-Lead and manage the Demand Review process within the monthly S&OP cycle.
-Challenge and validate input from commercial teams, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities.
-Support the constraining and allocation process, ensuring balance between demand and supply.
-Monitor and improve KPIs like forecast accuracy, bias, service level, and waste.
-Deliver data-driven insights and reporting, including ad hoc and periodic analysis.
-Align with production sites on supply availability and drive end-to-end supply chain improvements.
-Support strategic planning by contributing to roadmap projects and improvement initiatives.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years OR Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
-Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain/logistics (preferably in FMCG or food industry)
-Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset
-Knowledge and/or interest in statistics, modeling, and forecasting tools
-Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
-Experience with ERP systems (e.g., OMP, SAP APO)
