The Company
Our client is a global health care company that delivers innovative health solutions through its prescription medicines, vaccines, biologic therapies, and animal health products. It`s first European branch opened in Amsterdam and now has three other facilities in the Netherlands serving countries all over the globe.
 
Role Description
As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will join the Quality Release team. This role focuses on enhancing internal processes, ensuring compliance, and optimizing quality systems. You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, transparency, and results at the intersection of quality, compliance, and operations.
 
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough data checks on batch documentation to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across departments and improve internal work processes (SOPs)
- Support project activities, including preparation, coordination, and execution of timelines and schedules for process integration and standardization.
- Develop digital dashboards to track Batch Release data and implement data-driven performance metrics (KPIs).
- Contribute to the development of an innovative training environment and evaluate related data, guidelines, and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with internal clients, project coordinators, and multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective communication and risk identification.

 
Requirements
- HBO/WO degree, preferably in a data-driven field, health sciences, or a related discipline.
- Strong passion for data analysis and the ability to work independently with a high standard of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving, capable of simplifying complex issues into practical solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills in both Dutch and English, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulations in the (bio)pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
