Role Description
As a QA Specialist – Packaging Components, you will be part of the Incoming Quality Assurance team responsible for ensuring that all materials used in labelling and packaging meet stringent quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform sampling, inspection, and release of incoming materials, including printed and non-printed packaging components.
• Review documentation to verify compliance with GMP/GDP requirements.
• Conduct damage inspections and initiate appropriate follow-up with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Provide quality oversight during the receiving process and ensure alignment with internal procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient and compliant quality operations.

• MBO or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (minimum 3 years in QA/QC).
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and/or Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
• Proficiency in digital systems such as ERP tools (e.g., SAP).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
