Role Description
As an Operator you will join our packaging team responsible for handling human medicines. You’ll work on fully automated packaging lines, manage machine setups and minor malfunctions, and contribute to continuous improvements using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Operating and converting packaging/labeling machines.
- Monitoring product quality and cleanliness.
- Completing accurate documentation (handwritten and SAP).
- Performing 1st line technical maintenance.
- Supporting improvement initiatives on the floor.
Requirements
- MBO-2 diploma or willingness to obtain (assessment possible).
- Preferably experience in pharma packaging or technical processes.
- Affinity with machines and tech; problem-solving mindset.
- Good Dutch and preferably English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Independent, accurate, and eager to learn.
