Role Description
They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our client’s finance operations with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and strategic financial planning. This role will partner closely with various departments, including Accounting, Tax, and FP&A teams, to provide financial insights that drive business performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes, including journal entries and variance analysis.
- Lead and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
- Analyze cost structures and monitor financial performance against KPIs and benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial reporting and insights.
- Communicate financial trends and risk indicators to finance leadership.
- Assist with productivity tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide audit support and respond to internal and external audit queries.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and contribute to strategic financial projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial planning & analysis role, ideally in an international corporate setting.
- Proficient in SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong technical knowledge of financial systems and accounting principles.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
