Role Description
As a Junior Brand Manager you will drive portfolio strategy, lead innovation, craft powerful brand communications, and deliver strong business results—all while creating unforgettable experiences for consumers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovation and renovation plans.
- Lead brand campaigns and asset development for visibility and engagement.
- Drive sales, profitability, market share, and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Up to 2 years of marketing experience preferred.
- Understanding of market share analysis and P&L
