The Role
As a Supply Network Planner you manage the supply planning process across the full network to ensure the right balance between service, cost, and inventory. You coordinate with factories, commercial teams, and global planning to align supply with demand, optimize valorization, and support the S&OP process.
Responsibilities

Manage the tactical, operational, and daily supply planning for part of the Butter & Milkpowder portfolio.

Balance service levels, cost, and inventory across the End-to-End network.

Co-own the demand-supply cycle with Supply Network Planning peers and Demand Planning.

Support the S&OP process with supply scenarios and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) input.

Align closely with production sites and Site Supply Leads to ensure smooth execution of plans.

Contribute to and drive improvement projects related to network optimization, cost reduction, and service enhancement.

Monitor supply performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.

Work closely with commercial and trading teams to maximize valorization of supply-driven flows.
- Use tools like SAP APO and Excel for planning, reporting, and scenario analysis.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or APICS certification if degree is in another field

Proven experience with SAP APO Supply Planning, plus strong skills in Excel and SAP

Solid knowledge of planning and inventory management principles such as S&OP, MRP, MPS, and RCCP

Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations

Fluent in Dutch and English, available in July and August, willing to work in Amersfoort on Wednesdays and travel to Lochem 1–2 times per month
