Role Summary
As a Global Supply Chain Product Planner, you will ensure that the product supply meets global market demand across the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) horizons. You will manage end-to-end (E2E) planning processes, master data, inventory optimization, and contribute to strategic decisions for both commercial and new product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Balance supply and demand across planning horizons (IBP & S&OE)
- Create and maintain master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis
- Collaborate with teams for long-term planning, product launches, and risk management
- Ensure accurate deployment plans and inventory targets
- Participate in monthly planning cycles and decision-making processes
- Address short-term supply issues and support crisis management
- Work with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., CMOs, market planners, manufacturing sites)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain
- 4+ years in manufacturing/supply planning in the biopharma industry
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English
- Experience with product launches and ramp-ups
- Familiarity with Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, and Plai
- Understanding of pharma quality systems and regulations
- Experience working cross-functionally in global teams
