The role description:Our Client is looking for an experienced Global Talent & Leadership Manager to join our HR Centre of Expertise (CoE) Talent team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and executing the global Talent Acquisition strategy, optimizing recruitment infrastructure and processes, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality hiring experience across all regions. This is a critical leadership position that plays a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence and talent capability worldwide.
Responsibilities:

Design and enhance global Talent Acquisition (TA) infrastructure, processes, and standards to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency across regions.

Lead the implementation of the Global TA strategy aligned with business goals, industry trends, and workforce planning needs.

Own and drive global TA programs, increasing maturity and effectiveness of recruitment operations across 4 regional TA hubs.

Build capabilities within TA teams by developing standardized processes, tools, and ways of working to enable a best-in-class candidate and employee experience.

Optimize digital recruitment tools and innovate through AI and technology to improve TA performance and KPIs.

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as Employer Branding, Digital HR, People Analytics, Talent Management, Reward, and the business.

Monitor employee and candidate experience metrics and translate insights into continuous improvements.

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the global TA function
Requirements: -
12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on strategic and global initiatives.

Proven experience in leading large-scale, multi-country recruitment processes and transformation initiatives.

Strategic thinker with strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated leadership and influencing abilities to drive adoption of new processes and behaviors.

Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies (e.g. SAP, ATS systems, assessments) and data analytics.

Experience in capability building, digital transformation, and continuous improvement within HR functions.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Availability to work in a hybrid capacity in Amersfoort.
