Role Description
As a Global Supply Chain Product Planner, you will ensure market demands are met by managing end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand validation, product deployment, and inventory management. You will also support strategic planning and provide data-driven insights to optimize supply chain operations.

Responsibilities
-Execute IBP and S&OE horizon, ensuring product balancing between demand and supply, and gap remediation.
-Create and maintain accurate product-related master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis.
-Contribute to the standard monthly and weekly E2E Planning process and decision loop.
-Assist in strategic and budget planning, providing data-driven insights for long-term decisions.
-Implement inventory strategy, monitor and adjust inventory levels in Kinaxis.
-Conduct planning for finished goods packaging from markets to sites.
-Support production prioritization and provide guidelines for short-term issues.
-Maintain proper product-related planning parameters needed to support plans.
-Support preparation for the Global Supply Review and maintain product performance metrics.
-Provide insights and recommendations for long-term planning and incorporate strategic decisions into planning systems.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, or equivalent.
-3+ years of experience in data-driven analysis and communicating findings to management.
-Familiarity with management systems and tools such as Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, and Plai.
-Experience working with financials and budgeting.
-Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.
-3+ years of demand forecast and supply planning management experience.
