Role Description
As a Software Development Engineer, you'll work on customized test and industrial production equipment in the healthcare domain. You'll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design, implement, test, and integrate machine control software, focusing on advanced motion control and accurate measurements.
Responsibilities
Develop software specifications and concepts for customized test systems.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (e.g., system architects, electrical/mechanical design).
Design, code, document, test, and maintain machine control software.
Ensure software aligns with functional, technical, and economic requirements.
Define standards for software, modules, security, and control panels.
Identify and resolve software flaws during integration and equipment lifecycle.
Support third-line software maintenance and continuously improve the development cycle.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field.
Experience with Tytrol software, machine control (e.g., Cordis Suite, PLC Beckhoff).
Familiarity with model-based software development (e.g., UML).
Experience with Labview and C# (preferred).
Knowledge of medical industry standards and regulatory requirements.
