About the Position
As a Senior Quality Manager, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving the quality systems within the CAN factory. You will focus on enhancing the production process by applying Six Sigma methodologies and statistical process control techniques. You are results-driven, possess a hands-on mentality, and are eager to implement improvements directly on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an active communication program on quality topics within the factory.
• Improve knowledge and skills in the field of quality through training, retraining and onboarding of new operators.
• Implement and optimize digital quality registrations and perform trend analyses with concrete improvement actions.
• Evaluate and improve specifications, standards and test methods in collaboration with production and technology.
• Strengthen the quality culture and act as a bridge between the shop floor and management for continuous improvement.

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a technical production environment, preferably in the metal or packaging industry.
• HBO or WO work and thinking level, with a technological background.
• Experience with quality improvement programs, Six Sigma, Lean and process optimization.
• Fluent command of the Dutch language is a requirement.
