The company is a global chemical company and one of the largest producers of plastics, chemicals, and refining products. It specializes in the production of polypropylene, polyethylene, advanced polymers, and other chemicals used in a wide range of industries, including packaging, automotive, and construction. 

Role Description 
We are looking for a driven financial talent with a keen eye for detail. During a challenging and dynamic turnaround period, you will play a crucial part in ensuring tight financial control within our maintenance organization. If you are analytical, precise, and proactive, this temporary role is an excellent fit for you. 

Responsibilities

• Providing financial insights and reporting to the Maintenance Management Team.
• Collaborating with the Site Controller and Maintenance Cost Controller to maintain a clear and manageable cost structure.
• Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial obligations within the Purchase to Pay process.
• Monitoring compliance with financial processes within the department.
• Performing periodic analyses of expenditures and obligations, advising management on financial decisions.
• Entering contractor work hours and preparing purchase orders for maintenance contracts.
• Ensuring smooth month-end closing processes and contributing to forecasting activities. 

Requirements

• MBO qualification in financial administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in a financial role, ideally within a maintenance environment.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP and strong Excel skills.
• Analytical, accurate, and a strong communicator.
• A proactive individual who enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
