Role Descripiton
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching cross-functional hardware development teams in an Agile environment. You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of Agile practices while fostering continuous improvement. Your role will involve facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).

• Embed Agile best practices in a Hybrid Model.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.

• Enhance team maturity, self-organization, and accountability.

• Optimize Agile processes at the team and train level.

• Coach teams, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks.

• Ensure commitments are met in PI Planning.

• Track performance using Agile metrics.

• Maintain high-quality backlog data.
  
  
  Job Description

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Research & Development (R&D).

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master managing hardware development teams.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile) environments with Agile Release Trains (ART).

• Prior experience with Interventional Guided Therapy (IGT) systems (preferred).

• Quality-driven mindset; DFSS / Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification (preferred).
