Role Description

Our client is seeking a Junior Pricing Specialist to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to help manage customer invoicing and price claims while ensuring transparency in their Profit & Loss (P&L). You will play a critical role in bridging cross-functional teams and supporting commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer agreements to ensure accurate reflection in the P&L.

• Supervise the remote team to ensure proper invoicing and resolution of discrepancies within 48 hours.

• Monitor and expedite the handling of customer price claims by the team.

• Ensure that customer invoices are processed efficiently and accurately.

• Enforce strict audit and control guidelines for pricing-related matters.

• Act as a liaison between outsourced services and the sales community.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and address issues.

• Provide clear communication on progress, issues, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, sales, or commercial support.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a high level of accountability.

• Effective communication skills in Dutch with working knowledge of English.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across remote teams.

• Proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
