Role description

• Support the Maintenance Management Team with financial insights and reports.

• Collaborate with the Site Controller and Maintenance Cost Controller to maintain a clear and manageable cost structure.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial obligations within the Purchase to Pay process.

• Oversee compliance with financial processes within the department.

• Conduct periodic analyses of expenditures and obligations, advising management on financial decisions.

• Enter contractor working hours and prepare purchase orders for maintenance contracts.

• Ensure a smooth month-end closing process and provide input for financial forecasts.

Requirements:

• You are analytical, accurate, and have strong communication skills.

• You have a keen eye for budget management.

• You are proactive and enjoy working with different stakeholders.

• You thrive in a dynamic environment and can handle deadlines and time pressure effectively.

• A completed MBO degree in financial administration.

• At least 5 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in a maintenance environment.

• Extensive SAP knowledge and excellent Excel skills.
