Role Description
The Interim Category Development & Analysis Manager – ITR will ensure seamless reporting, data analysis, and insights delivery during a leave period. This role drives category strategy by analyzing data, aligning stakeholders, supporting customer marketing, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership in global travel retail.

Responsibilities
-Analyze category data, generate insights, and align with stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
-Define research methodologies, coordinate with external agencies, and follow up on results.
-Act as the point of contact for reporting and insights requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities and continuous improvements.
-Support Customer Marketing with insights to create compelling trade stories and enhance customer engagements.
-Translate complex data into clear and persuasive presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements
- Experience in FMCG and/or a research agency (preferably in a similar analytical role).
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate, analyze, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
-Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and working with multiple data sources.
-Excellent communication skills, including presenting data insights to senior stakeholders.
-Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating projects with various internal and external parties
