Role Description:
Join the Quality Control Operations (QCO) team responsible for testing vaccines and medicines to ensure quality and reliability. Work with various biological test methods under GMP guidelines in a collaborative and diverse team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and monitor biological tests (e.g., PCR, ELISA, tissue culture, titrations).
- Enter and analyze test results in data systems.
- Verify and release test results.
- Identify and report deviations according to procedures.
- Write and update SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Follow GMP, GMO, and EHS guidelines.
- Participate in daily team meetings and improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma.
- Investigate root causes of issues and propose solutions.
Requirements:
- MBO level 4 education in (micro)biology.
- Team player with a sense of responsibility.
- Experience with GMP (required).
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Preferred: QC/GMP lab experience, SAP knowledge, electronic data handling.
- Advantageous: Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, accuracy, flexibility, good communication (English/Dutch).
