Role Description

Our client is looking for a meticulous BMR Reviewer to join their Parenterals department. This role ensures accurate production documentation, guides operators on GMP and ALCOA compliance, and drives continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify Batch Manufacturing and Packaging Batch Records (BMR/PBR).

• Guide operators on proper documentation per GMP and ALCOA standards.

• Ensure accurate and complete documentation during production.

• Resolve discrepancies or missing information in BMR/PBR.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth coordination.

• Suggest improvements for documentation and review processes.

• Train operators on correct documentation procedures.

• Communicate BMR/PBR progress with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Vocational secondary education (MBO 4), preferably in pharmaceuticals.

• 2-4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment, particularly in documentation or operations.

• Knowledge of GMP, ALCOA principles, and systems like Trackwise.

• Experience with MES and SAP is a plus.

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
