Role Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Associate, Clinical Supply Chain to manage the supply of clinical materials for global trials. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute clinical supply plans with internal teams.

Manage vendor relationships and timely delivery of materials.

Create sourcing strategies based on market conditions.

Oversee packaging, labeling, and shipment logistics.

Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the supply chain.

Manage ERP tasks like SKU creation and purchase orders.

Update documentation in management systems.

Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field.

2+ years in clinical supply chain or a similar role.

Familiarity with ERP (SAP, Ariba) and document systems (Veeva Vault).

Experience in trial material planning and sourcing.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
