Role Description
As a Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician, you will responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment, ensuring optimal performance of production lines. The role focuses on minimizing unplanned electrical, measurement, and control disruptions. The machine park includes all equipment used from product preparation to final packaging and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the greatest possible technical availability and reliability of the production installations.
- Independently carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in the field of electrical engineering, instrumentation, measurement and control technology, drive technology and industrial PC/PLC controls. In such a way that the continuity and safety of the company installations is technically guaranteed.
- Making first and second line fault analyses using PLC control systems.
- Working with various drive systems from Rockwell, Danfoss, Control Techniques, Yaskawa.
- Analyzing and solving more complex faults using the analysis processes set up for this purpose.
Requirements
- MBO diploma level 4 in the direction of electrical engineering and/or measurement technology (or mechatronics with demonstrable affinity for E&I).
- Gets energy from maintaining and repairing faults in electrical and measurement and control parts of technical company installations.
- Experience with PLCs is a plus (mainly Rockwell/AB, Schneider).
- Experience with HMI visualization software (factorytalk, cimplicity, etc.) is a plus.
