Role Description: 

The Sr. Associate Contracts & Pricing is a key member of the Global Contracts and Pricing Operations (Global CPO) team within Global Value & Access. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of pricing and contract terms for Amgen’s portfolio across multiple countries. The position plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance, supporting business decision-making with accurate data analysis, and enhancing system efficiencies. 

Working in a fast-paced, global environment, the Sr. Associate collaborates with cross-functional teams—including IT, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Accounting—to streamline operations, support system improvements, and drive process efficiencies. 

Responsibilities: 

• Pricing & Contracts: Ensure correct pricing and timely rebate payments. Support contract operations in assigned regions. 

• Systems & Compliance: Test system updates, check data accuracy, and ensure compliance. 

• Training & Collaboration: Train users, work with internal teams, and support business solutions. 

• Data & Reporting: Analyze data and create reports for decision-making. 

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements. 

Requirements 

• Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in Contract & Pricing Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Project Management, or Business Operations  

OR 

• Associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience  

OR 

• High school diploma / GED with 8+ years of relevant experience 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, preferably within global contracts and pricing operations. 

• Strong analytical skills with experience using Tableau or other reporting tools. 

• Fluency in at least one additional language besides English. 

• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment. 

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues with minimal supervision. 

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. 

• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

• Experience working with affiliates or handling global pricing systems.
