Role Description
As a Senior Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing production processes while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and performance.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and drive proactive process improvements.
- Balance urgent troubleshooting needs with long-term optimization strategies.
- Lead or participate in troubleshooting and process improvement projects.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as Production, TD, QA, and Logistics.
- Support the design, implementation, and validation of investment projects at the Borculo site.
- Stay connected with expert teams and implement best practices from other locations.

Requirement
- WO/HBO degree in Chemical Technology, Process Technology, or Food Technology.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in high-standard production environments (safety & hygiene focus is a plus).
- Experience in the dairy industry (evaporation, drying, membrane technology) is highly preferred.
- Proven troubleshooting expertise with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Solid background in fact-based process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma certification, e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt, is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and optimize processes.
