The Role
As an assistant procurement manager will manage procurement governance, vendor relations, and support strategic projects across the Cold Chain and Repacker portfolio. The role requires strong analytical skills, multitasking, and effective cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and driving the company’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing procurement governance, including pricing, contracts, and invoice management.
- Supporting strategic sourcing and supplier management across the Cold Chain and Repacker portfolio.
- Collaborating with Finance, SC, R&D, and Marketing on cost-saving and innovation projects.
- Ensuring compliance with procurement processes and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Driving operational execution to support growth and efficiency within the procurement team.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent coordination, multitasking, and administrative abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a strong bias for action, accountability, and responsibility.
- Well-developed emotional intelligence and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
