The Client
Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company known for developing and manufacturing vaccines, biologic therapies, and medications in various therapeutic areas such as oncology, cardiovascular diseases, and infectious diseases.

The Role
As a Clinical Operations Lab Technician you will be responsible for executing technical tasks and maintaining the efficient operation of laboratory activities within a medical, clinical, or scientific environment. You will work with complex systems, performing mechanical or diagnostic tests under professional guidance, and may be involved in different phases of trial production, experiment setup, and data gathering. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct mechanical, diagnostic, or analytical tests in the lab, following protocols.
  •  Assist with developing and executing experiments, preparing materials and equipment.
  • Gather, analyze, and organize data, ensuring accuracy and making necessary calculations.
  • Maintain detailed records of lab activities, including test results and observations.
  •  Ensure lab equipment is functional, perform maintenance, and report failures.
  • Handle daily lab tasks, such as inventory management, ordering supplies, and cleanup.
  • Monitor safety and quality standards, identifying and reporting issues during tests.
  •  Work with other professionals to ensure efficient lab operations and compliance with guidelines.
Requirements
  • Technical Certificate or relevant lab experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid safety record.
  • Good understanding of lab equipment and its maintenance.
  • Proficiency in data management, including accurate collection, analysis, and calculations.
  • Effective communication skills for documenting and explaining lab activities.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues in experiments and equipment.
  • Adaptability to learn new techniques and technologies.
