Role Description
As an Associate Account Manager, you will contribute to sales growth and relationship management by optimizing sales channels, cultivating strong customer relationships, and ensuring their needs are fulfilled. This position is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about sales, takes initiative, and enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
-Handle and strengthen relationships with important accounts, including a range of supermarkets.
-Support the creation and implementation of sales strategies to meet targets and foster growth.
-Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
-Work with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
-Create and present regular reports on account performance and sales activities.
-Assist senior account managers with negotiations and client meetings.
-Act as the customer's representative internally, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated and addressed.
-Manage account admin tasks, including promotions, doublure, orders, and invoicing.
-Contribute to account meetings, focusing on the best business solutions, even outside their customer scope.
Requirements
-A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
-Experience in sales, account management, or a similar role is an advantage.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
-Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
