 Role Description

Our client is seeking skilled professionals to support their Manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of clinical and commercial product manufacturing, ensuring compliance with stringent GMP guidelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting processes, and continuously striving for efficiency improvements in a high-tech production environment.
 

Responsibilities
 

• Manage the transfer of materials and perform apheresis operations.
• Prepare growth media in cleanroom environments.
• Ensure timely batch documentation review and support the manufacturing process.
• Decontaminate materials and maintain supply flow to manufacturing suites.
• Handle visual inspections, cryopreservation, and sample management.
• Collaborate with teams to address troubleshooting issues and resolve deviations.
• Assist in implementing change management strategies.
• Consistently follow SOPs and contribute to process optimization efforts.

Requirements
 

• MLO/MBO/HBO (MBO Level +) background in Life Sciences.
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for biotech products.
• Familiarity with aseptic environments and cleanroom operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
