The Role
As a Supply Chain Planner you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, exactly when they need them, with full availability. Responsibilities 

• Prepare and consolidate sales volume overviews.
• Ensure that market and commercial priorities are accurately reflected in S&OP plans.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director, Regional Demand Planners, and Demand & Goods Movement Managers to drive commercial priorities and manage product allocations.
• Lead the process for quick operational decision-making and product reallocation in response to short-term demand or supply changes.
• Focus on operational demand adjustments in the tactical horizon (M-1 and M-2).
• Enhance sales forecasting accuracy and processes in collaboration with Sales Regions and customers.
• Assist in inventory management by implementing sell-out action plans for obsolete or restricted stock.
• Support the transition toward Integrated Business Planning (IBP), moving from a volume/coverage-based model to a fully optimized, financial-driven business model.

• Expertise in demand management and sales forecasting processes.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and systems (SAP, APO, PowerBI).
• Understanding of the B2B ingredients market, customer needs, and complex supply chains, preferably within the dairy industry.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
