The role
As a Supply Chain Associate you will help ensure our clients products are safely and efficiently delivered to countries in the EMEA region. You will work on launching new products, managing product changes, and keeping supply chain operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll connect with EMEA commercial teams, regulatory affairs, and global supply chain partners to make sure products reach patients on time and in good condition.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Regional Operations Lead in managing product life cycles and independently handle life cycle activities.
- Implement product changes according to the Regional Variation Master Plan and keep in touch with regional and local teams.
- Review product labels, complete checklists, and help with product launches.
- Oversee the shipping process for specific products.
- Lead improvement projects and gather data for customer requests.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and handovers to production sites are done correctly the first time.
- Coordinate collaboration between supply chain, regulatory, operations, and marketing teams.
- Manage Master Data requests and help prepare business cases.
- Handle requests for registration samples or product demos.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and introduce standardized methods or templates.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals or supply chain (APICS, CPIM, or CIRM certification preferred).
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Experience working in international, multi-disciplinary environments; skilled in facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical and data-driven, with a customer-focused, action-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Competent in achieving results under challenging circumstances, building strong customer relationships, and driving innovation.
