To support ongoing growth and HR technology initiatives, they are looking for an experienced Senior Associate HR Systems to join their HR Operations and HR Systems team.

Role Description
As a Senior Associate HR Systems, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and improving the organization's HR technology landscape. You will act as a subject matter expert for HR systems, supporting both operational HR processes and strategic HR technology initiatives.
The role combines hands-on system administration, project management, reporting, data management, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes, support system enhancements, and ensure the effective use of platforms such as Workday and other integrated HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support site-level onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Manage employee data, reporting, benefit administration, and HR documentation within Workday.
  • Provide advanced support and expertise for Workday and related HR systems.
  • Manage and resolve complex HR data management and reporting requests.
  • Participate in governance activities and review system change requests and project initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support HR decision-making and workforce insights.
  • Lead HR systems deployment and enhancement projects from design through implementation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding HR systems configuration, testing, and data migration activities.
  • Support multiple HR technology platforms, including Workday and integrated applications.
  • Maintain system documentation, workflows, and user guidelines.
  • Analyze HR system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
  • Support strategic HR technology initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience within HR Systems, HR Operations, HR Technology, or a related environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and HR technology solutions.
  • Experience working with Workday is required.
  • Experience with HR platforms such as SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, Phenom, or similar systems is highly desirable.
  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English. Dutch is not required.
