Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Organizational Insights Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing organizational structures to support business strategy and enhance organizational agility. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing expert advice and data-driven insights to ensure effective organizational models across the company.
Responsibilities
-Design and redesign organizational structures that align with strategic goals and operating models.
-Conduct organizational diagnostics such as spans & layers, grade pyramids, and role distribution analyses.
-Identify structural inefficiencies, including redundancies, unclear accountability, or suboptimal layering.
-Translate strategic decisions into clear roles, responsibilities, and organizational models.
-Support job evaluation processes using KornFerry Hay systems, ensuring consistency in job titles and grades.
-Assess organizational proposals against company design principles and HR frameworks.
-Prepare documentation and provide support during decision-making meetings with leadership, HR, and employee representation bodies.
-Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR teams during restructures, transformations, and mergers.
-Use workforce data and analytics to develop dashboards, trend reports, and scenario analyses that inform organizational decisions.
-Deliver impact assessments related to costs, risks, change management, and governance.
-Provide training and guidance to HR and business stakeholders on organization design principles and best practices.
-Develop and maintain standards, templates, and tools related to organization design.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
-6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Organization Design, Development, or HR Transformation.
-Proven experience with KornFerry Hay job evaluation systems and complex reorganization projects.
-Strong analytical skills, with experience in people analytics and data-driven decision-making.
-Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are advantageous.
